Beskrivelse
This is a work-in-progress lite version of my other mod, Intelligence and Espionage, where the focus is only on gaining intel from having positive diplomatic relations with other empires. If you played Civ 6, it's kinda like how Access Levels work there. If you don't like how my other mod has stuff like sabotage and how you gained intrigue there but you still liked the concept of the intrigue system, this is the mod for you.

How it works
-You can use the edict View Intrigue to get intel on other empires that you have intrigue on. Depending on how much intrigue you have, you may get information on an empire's estimated resource income, vanilla relics, and even estimated fleet power.
-Depending on how much intrigue you have on someone, you may get notifications that will tell you when another empire has done certain things, such as researching certain technologies or picking a certain ascension perk.
-Note that genocidal empires, assimilators, and empires with a Colossus and the Unrestricted Wars policy CANNOT gain intrigue on other empires. Other empires can, however, potentially gain intrigue on them.

To Gain Intrigue on an Empire, do the following (each give +1 intrigue for you on them):
-Have a commercial pact with them.
-Have a research agreement with them.
-Have a migration treaty with them.
-Have an envoy improve relations with them and CANNOT be at war with them.
-The Galactic Market is available and you are not a vanilla genocidal empire. Affects all empires who can use the Galactic Market.
-Be their subject.
-Be in a federation with them.
-Be a Galactic Council member. Affects all empires in the Galactic Community.
-Assign an envoy to your federation to gain intrigue on other federation members.

To Decrease an Empire's Intrigue on YOU, do the following (each gives -1 intrigue for them on you):
-Close your borders on them.
-Go to war with them.

Compatibility
-This mod only works for versions a little below v3.0, preferably v2.8.1 if you want a specific version number.
-This mod should also be compatible with almost everything since no important vanilla files are changed.
-The exception is the Intelligence and Espionage mod. This is a lite version of that mod so don't use both mods.
-Mod load order does NOT matter, unless there are compatibility mods for this mod (there are none that I know of).

FAQ
Q: I have done things that would increase intrigue on them and I know that my overall intrigue should be positive! Why can't I use the edict to check intrigue?
A: You'll have to wait one monthly tick for the mod to check intrigue levels.

This looks really cool, I love how this lets us see what another empire is researching + Ascension related information as they advance. Thank you for updating this to 2.6 :D

You've got me thinking now about how much more useful a fully constructed Sentry Array would be with something like this, or even a very advanced civilization tech vs. early space civilizations.

Quickfix: You should no longer have the espionage edict disabled forever after you use it. Works on old saves that already had the issue. Sorry about that! Just wait a few in-game days for old saves.

QOL Fixes!

-Consumer goods information should no longer show that you require intrigue level 5 while showing you information when you're correctly at intrigue levels 2-4.
-Check Intrigue menu now shows a list of empires you want to check instead of showing every empire you have intrigue on.
-Check Intrigue should no longer show information on empires you don't have communications with.
