Each have their own traits (virus is very mutable for example, and something else used spores to launch around the world which was fun). Gotta balance the symptoms, abilities, and transmission methods. Too many symptoms at the start and the docs are going to figure it out too soon and start searching for a cure, but you need some of them to spread with like coughing or sneezing.
Every succesful playthrough unlocks a specific trait of whatever for next gameplay. I've not tried multiplayer yet.
If you play this game you'll understand the phrase 'Damnit Madagascar!'. Sometimes it's Greenland.
