things that have been written in this way have already been implemented into the game

-beeing abled to insult bystanders, with a lot of different choices or at least some (Ideally bystanders react to what u said verbally and or physically) make some kind of weaponwheel for lines/insults where you can choose from wich insult to pick

-additionaly to above point being abled to provoke bystander to attack you

-make Dude be abled to throw single dollar bills and have some bystanders pick em up, at least the poor ones :D also throwing change would be nice

-more possibilities to interact with bystanders physically, like tossing them arround, slapping them or use them as a human shield (maybe as option in the gestures wheel or make a different tab for that)

-longer lifetime for some bystanders (they die to fast)

-crawling on floor / fleeing while calling for help/mercy while crawling (still needs some improvement eventhough it got far better than in early access, the new 1.0.5 update makes burning victims somehow ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, fire needs longer lifetime or you need an additional "burn skin" stage that you can apply to the still living NPC's)

-peeing/crapping themselves while crawling depending on how many times u hit them in the stomach

-if shot in leg -> limping animation (it should also be possible to break a leg/knee with the kick)

-better animations for elektroshock, in Postal 2 it was almost perfect!! Make it possible that they pee their pants and or crap themselves if you use electorshock combined with kicks to the stomach

-more crys of agony and pain, suffering, shivering, sitting in the corner holding their knees beggin for mercy

-in general, more accurate hitting with the foot (to target different spots on enemy like: shins, knees, groin, stomach, chest, head and arms. Best of all would be if you could break bones in the process with corresponding action from the victim like limping and impaired movement)

-more elektroshock weapons

-fists/hands as weapons: but different methods like punching, choking (to death), putting eyes out with thumbs, get creative best of all would be abled to touch bystander to provoke reaction

-as you more or less invented fluids in videogamehistory it would be nice if u would also make urselves proud and invent some fluid weapons, like a hot coffeepot that u can spill in someones face

-and as we are already in the kitchen, make it possible to overpower NPC's and beeing able to drag them, so you can press their faces against the hotplate of the stove to burn them real good

-and if it is already possible to drag someone y not make it possible to drown them in the bathtub/toilet

-if possible make every object in game a weapon, fighting with the vacuum cleaner u find in a hous, furniture, ashtrays, every household item u already put in the game. Make it that objects like vases break or have just a short lifetime depending on the object

-make bagpack bomb's you can attatch to dog's (or any other animal) wich run to nearest enemy

-melee weapons on scooters, like a baseball bat, also kicking while on a scooter would be nice

-public swimming pool

-big supermarket or mall <- make it populated...

-strip club (defenitely a must!)

-bigger hospital with actual ppl inside not just an empty one

-opera

-cinema, maybe with a short nice movie (hello uwe)

-big office complex, where ppl area actually working sitting at desks/cubicles

-I would say school/university, but maybe a bit too controverse, but hey southpark did it...

-Gore like in Soldier of Fortune 2 more options to remove bodyparts gradually, deforming heads with blunt weapons not just explode them first hit

-better darker burnt skin textures, glimming effect on burnt skin textures (beeing abled to pee out and stop glimming effect + additional tschhhh sound and shallow crys from the victim)

-better decals for electroshock burn

-better animations for electroshock (different reactions: in rare cases heartattack)

-add bruises, in general more decals if u hit enemy and make em stay

-better ragdoll if the body hits a object like a fence it would be nice if there was better collision if u kick a bystander into something like a trashcan, make the trashcan fly away,
also it would be nice if it would be possible to impale someone on a fence or whatever pointy object there is, a lamppost or whatever

-also make blood decals where the body hits the environment when you kick it around

-make vomit less fluid or add some gib/particles to it, and let some of this ♥♥♥♥ stay on the ground

-make them pee their pants like in Postal 2

-also add some wet effect to the clothing if it gets wet

-more different death animations

-add bleeding out of NPC's depending on how many times shot, and again add some diversity so some die fast some take ages to die and take countless bullets like they are on cocaine (u should still be abled to immobilise them by shots to the leg)

-if you befriend a dog, make him attack anybody I use point gesture on

-add hookers, even if they are just some crackbitches (they could have some money in their purses, and if u get into trouble with them maybe there is a pimp instead of the police helping) add some errands in this category

-make it possible to bind a button to zoom in with your eyes to look all the pretty stuff you put in there (like in Arma 3)

-make all items inside houses breakable, shootable, destroyable

-definitely more skimpy outfits

-more sideerrands, doesen't matter what just some crazy ♥♥♥♥ to do
(I mean u have the best of ideas, just use some ♥♥♥♥ u brainstormend and didn't put in, put it in less polished)
like those bs skyrimquests walk from A to B just so u have a reason to stroll around and bring something to C. // <<-- you already did good there, but more would be nice

-implement hunting birds / deer

-add talibans again

-invironmental kills (depending on whats possible with the engine, musn't be fancy)

-most precious item in my crazy idea list (You even can charge extra money for that as dlc or whatever) is to make an Editor to change Bystanders to ur wishes, this could go very deep like the possibility to uploadi facial images, adding own voice samples, put on clothing u desire, change tone of skin, change hairstyle, and make em fat or skinny whatever possible

-add more scooter challanges
