For starters, the number of cheats on counter-strike is important.



The project consists in creating a token, the "VACCOIN".
This token can be used to launch quickly an Overwatch analysis on a suspect of a specific match played.

For the launch, one VACCOIN will be given to each active prime player.

Can only be used once by vaccoin (after use it disappears), it is used to launch a quick investigation overwatch combined vacnet on a suspect of a specific match played.

If this investigation leads to a BAN then two new vaccoin will be offered as a reward.
If this investigation leads to nothing, so the vaccoin is lost.

The vaccoin must be available for purchase, sale, and be exchangeable.
The value of the vaccoin will be determined based on supply and demand on the steam market.

To use a token on a suspect, you need to go to "your matches" section, select the suspect and click on the Vaccoin icon at the bottom right.




A message appears asking you for confirmation with a reminder of the name of the suspect who will be examined in 24 48 hours.




If the suspect is banned then you will receive a message to let you know that a suspect has been banned and that you have two more tokens in your inventory.

Usable only by prime player level 30.

Once to overwatch, the suspect can no longer be sent for investigation and this for all players of the specific match played.

You can use a vaccoin on a no prime/free suspect but you recover just one vaccoin in reward.

After use, 48 hour time limit to use another token.

From the 3th consecutive negative case, no token can be used for 6 months.

3 vaccoins by account maximum.

Banned players cannot buy, sell and trade vaccoin.

If the number of cheaters is high, then the token will cost less.
If the number of cheaters is low, then the token will cost more.

The value of the token limits its use.

In fact, if a lot of cheaters get caught then tokens will be given as rewards will increase the offer and lower the price.

Free.
Little regulation and few limits, unlike the non-free there is no compensation for players who have suffered a game containing a cheater.

The trust factor is modified following the use of the token.

If after using the token the suspect is banned then your trust factor increases.
If after using the token the suspect is not banned then your trust factor is reduced.

A percentage of Vaccoin profits could be used to invest in server infrastructure to do backup on Wingman and Danger Zone mode.

Every player would have access to in-game demos and could use a vaccoin in these modes.

After playing a match, I have a doubt about a suspect. I will check the demo of the match. From my experience, I consider the suspect to be a cheater.

The case is judged as a classic overwatch case. Investigators cannot tell the difference between a Vaccoin case, a Reports case or a Vacnet case.

Example 1
The suspect goes into overwatch on the party concerned and he is NOT BAN. I do not receive any rewards. I buy a vaccoin on the steam market and keep it for the next suspect.

Example 2
The suspect goes into overwatch on the party concerned and he is BAN. I receive two vaccoins as rewards. I am selling one of the two vaccoins on the steam market and keeping one for the next suspect.

Overwatch Level
Only the best overwatchers can verify and judge the evidence.
Only experienced overwatchers will actually be able to spot "legit cheats".
The creation of ranks on overwatch system will be positive to increase accuracy.
Ranks according to the accuracy of the verdicts.

Overwatch Badge
Different badges as rewards for the investigators depending of the number and accuracy of the verdicts.

Price
A minimum price could be fixed.

Old Report
If one vaccoin is used on a suspect and after verification it is considered legitimate the vaccoin is lost. But after several weeks the suspect is BAN so one vaccoin is returned.

Old demo
A "retro demo system" can be set up to judge old suspect demos that you have saved.

Funding
A percentage of VACCOIN recipes would be used in the fight against cheat.

A verified Overwatch status could reward investigators with a token for multiple verdicts.

Allows double checking with a low percentage of verified investigators to guarantee verdicts after Overwatch investigation.

Spam Suspect
The token can be used only once on a suspect of a specific match played.
The other players in the match will not be able to use their token if the suspect has already been sent to overwatch.
Another account will simply not be able to use the token because it will not have a match played with this suspect.

Farm Token
Rewarding with a single token on banned free accounts does not earn "profit".
A token for a token if the case is confirmed.

ReportBot
Reportbots will not be able to use the token because these accounts do not "play" and will not have the match in which the suspect in question could be sent to overwatch. (Reportbots are no longer functional according to Valve)

Anonymous Overwatch
Making Overwatch cases completely anonymous.

Ten Vaccoins
Another calculation method would be to use 10 vaccoins to launch an investigation, which will give 15 vaccoins if the conviction is proven. Or 10 vaccoins for every 2 suspects banned. There will be 2 tokens, one of five and a second of 10.

One for One
Another calculation method would be to use 1 vaccoin to launch an investigation, which will give 1 vaccoin if the conviction is proven. Or 1 vaccoin per suspect banned without additional reward. The price would be managed and fixed by steam. All players, including non prime players, will be able to use it.

From the statistics provided by convar, we can note that at high ranks, it is even more necessary to have overwatch investigators to detect cheaters.
