Resettlement Tool

Descriere
A quick mod I made to make bulk resettlement a bit more bearable and as an alternative/extension to automatic pop resettlement. Simply enact the "Resttlement Tool" decision on the planet you want to resettle pops from. A List of 15 random planets in your empire will pop up. Select the planet you want your pops to move to. You can then select what pops you want to move: All pops, unemployed, enslaved, citizens or pops that are being purged right now. This will always cost 1000 energy. I figured that by the time you need this, energy will be trivial anyway.

Other mods made by me:
The Planetbuilders
Dyson Swarm - Colonizing Space
The sleeper 2 - fallen hive empire

Hey smithy, I have been working on an updated version of this (variable maths!) you good with me using this as a base?

@SargR It should, I have not tested it though. I will probably expand the mod sometime in the future, now that script variables are a thing.
