every time i make 3 perfect combos in play 1 act 2, the acheivement shows up then it goes away automatically

I might be missing the point of a "walkthrough", but this game is literally having the player walk right. Because walking right is so confusing.

im extremely close to being 100% done the game but i cant get 5 stars on the nosferatu aka wing daemon battle :( he doesnt spawn enough minions to keep my meter high enough

I have a question. what is fame awarded for in this game? I do play with my brother in co-op mode and at the end of the act he gets lots of point under FAME even though Im better with other stats my FAME is 0?:scampwick::watcher:
