I didn't quite get this sentence about CPA, the wording is confusing: "The method the AI uses to choose which ships are released are:Pick all planets that are at or below it's current tech level and free ships from those planets. Then move up one planet mark, then two, then random."
You write "thread" instead of "threat" near the beginning, once.
I would love some info about the major-datacenter exo galactic attacks. I don't quite get how these work, and it's frustrating to see units spawn from behind my lines of defenses. Help :3
