Breaking News: Huge now actually playable!

This addon gives the commonly spawning H.U.G.E-249, which is an M249, a buff.
It is designed to work just in the gamemode Trouble In Terrorist Town (TTT).
The goal is to make the Huge feel more like an M249 known from other games and not like the weak and unreliable thing it is so far.
This is accomplished by changing the following stats:

- higher damage
- less recoil
- higher accuracy

Since the original Huge is so bad, this buff doesn't need any balancing measures like a smaller magazine for example.

You can see the new stats in an overview amongst the images at the top.

In my experience so far it's easily the most hated weapon among the playerbase.
But of course you could use it :P

Definitely in the right direction. In my opinion, it makes the 249 a bit too strong, but the damage value is on the money. On my server, I kept the damage value of 12 but left the recoil and accuracy the same as the original huge. Thanks for the inspiration.
