That's not actually true, I've been playing with those as well as EST.
You just put Plentiful and Plentiful Extra before the others.
But I also play with UI Overhaul and patches for each of them, which might help, although I think I played without them, but the main thing is order and it's mentioned in the Wiki how you should order your mods
