How to change the Player Model:
Hold c and up left you can click on "Player Model" :).

Extended Properties (hold c and right-click on the Model):
This useful Addon is "Extended Properties" by Rubat http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=104607712
