Lore (in short):
Terrorists do not try to kill someone in this place, they want to destroy the plan of the FBI traitors who hide behind the codename OT16. Traitors are trying to create a chemical weapon called "DZ16". The plan was developed on August 21, 2012 and until 2016 it was quiet on this topic. The terrorists knew from the very beginning about the whole undertaking thanks to the plugs in the FBI branch, and by December 2018 they successfully managed to prevent the whole plan.
In November, OT16 was able to create a working DZ16 weapon but many tests had to be carried out.
From December 6, 2018 tests are carried out on people who survived after disarming the bomb on two islands:
-Blacksite,
-Sirocco,
There is nothing else known about other places.

PS .: That is why on the miniature the terrorist is marked as an angel who tries to interrupt the OT16 plans.
