Just in case anyone is confused with the Reserves and Popularity, I used a cheat mod to get to this point. Even with the cheats, the conservatives hated me.
Everything is set for maximum free market control, including "Needed policies in democracy" and Gikgik's mods. I reduced anything government related to reduce expenses, since there isn't supposed to be a government after-all. The one thing I wasn't sure with was the Labor Laws. I ended up setting them completely to Pro-Union since the government wouldn't interfere with "workers rights".
Obviously this isn't how it would actually be IRL as the game doesn't mimic the free market very well, but I would say some of the things are pretty accurate (like people wanting the government back via the socialist percentage).
