We've all had those days. You know the one, when you're having a peaceful, almost serene day, hauling a sack of apples over your shoulder back to the hearth for a fun day of swapping recipes with your loved one, where she'll be showing you her recipe for plump tacos and you'll be showing her your recipe for cream-stuffed peaches, when all of a sudden that doofy ash-haired bint from down the lane decides to break a decade's worth of character building to go on a peanut banana sandwich genocide across all of town with her fire-breathing wing lizards mass-murderkilling across the whole spectrum of canonically nondescript European accents in a wanton binge of destruction, shattered bloodlines, spontaneous orphanage combustion and eating babies.

But never fear! While women are doing the usual women things of enjoying a spool of crisp infant spaghetti, you'll be defending your precious taco recipes through the epitome of precision German engineering with a rifle that'll land all 5.56 of aerodynamic metaphorical middle fingers right between her concrete brows for her to make a defeated face that's all indicative of a person who can't act to save her life. THAT TERMINATOR FILM WAS HORRIBLE AND IT WAS ALL HER FAULT, HOW ABOUT YOU GO GET SEDATED.

This is a Heckler & Koch SL8-1, a peculiar firearm that's seen action across numerous media yet rarely finds itself represented without some kind of fictional modification, until now that is. This model was provided to me by a kindly Indian 3d artist, who thought he had lost the assets to this model but with some help from me managed to dig them up and provide them for the world to enjoy. I cannot thank him enough for this generous donation. This is the sister project to the HK G36 and the XM29 OICW.

This replaces the Hunting Rifle on Mzk's G36c animations, re-targetted to work in L4D2 by me.
