Watching DR3 in its broadcast order of alternating between two story arcs is a bad way to do it. It's confusing, and the characters in the Future Arc hold no meaning for you till after you've seen the Despair Arc. You do need to skip the first scene of the Despair Arc cuz it spoils the end the first episode of the Future Arc, but after that, you're spoiler free.
ALSO, now this is a pretty unique opinion to myself, I think, but...
I feel like DR2 spoils DR3(Despair) more than DR3(Despair) spoils DR2. They both spoil for each other, but the story of DR3(Despair) is a lot better if you don't already know what happens after (in DR2). In addition to that, DR2 is a lot more...despairful, if you know the characters better already and know what's happened in the past ahead of the game telling you.
