Tutorial
1. Go to C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\Skyrim

2. open "skyrim.ini"

3. Under the display section add "iPresentInterval=0"

4. at the bottom of skyrim.ini create a new line called [HAVOK]

5. under the Havok section, write the following:
fMaxTime=0.0166 (for 60hz)
fMaxTime=0.0133 (for 75hz)
fMaxTime=0.0083 (for 120hz)
fMaxTime=0.0069 (for 144hz)
fMaxTime=0.0060 (for 165hz)
fMaxTime=0.0041 (for 240hz)

If you have a refresh rate other than the ones above, divide 1 by the HZ you want

Hope it works for you ;)

this guide was not designed for the special edition of the game, this was made for the original skyrim, things may be different now

honestly I've looked this up online and got the same answer but for some reason mine always looks just a little different. like for this my iPresentInterval is not in skyrim.ini its in skyrimPrefs.ini
ive tried everthing ive seen with no luck ever time i open a door items fly all over constantly making noise and enemies fly straight up and fall people slide around and sometimes there is a constant splashing sounds. this is my first time playing the game (for real) even tho ive had it a while. would anyone be able to help me please.

How long has that been available - I've been capping my fps to 58 for years! because as soon as it hits 60 or higher, the Mammoths begin to fly and butterflies move at light speed! I'll give this a try.
