Allen Lewis Fountain (animated)

This fountain caps the roundabout at the end of Macquarie Street, Sydney. It's my second attempt at creating animated fountains for the game. The animated portion does not require any mods to function. I hope you don't mind the considerable triangle count, it is circular and I got a bit carried away. I think it was worth it.

Like my last fountain this is patterned after the 'boulder' decoration, so it has no AI, doesn't increase land value, and requires no services. It is circular and will attempt to flatten the terrain.

In the real version the inscription is somewhere else (because no one has any business standing on the island itself) but I wanted to include it.
