Описание
Replaced scripted trigger that determines capital's level, adding Master Computer's conditions.

The same file is apparently used in Zenith of Fallen Empires and Playable Fallen Empires so it should work for either or both.

I have incorporated Ancient Cache of Tecnhology buildings into it, I think this should cover that one base, as well as plug the habitat, maybe. It's getting a bit confusing since I'm not very familiar with this type of mods.

I'm sure! There's something like 10 or so, oh, while I have you, Habitats don't let me build anything either, though that might be due to the base mod.

Love the mod you have too, it's been really fun to play with so far!

I'll look into it. Perhaps they changed the file once more. There's so many ZOFE mods, I can't even.

It says that it needs an Enigmatic Capitol Complex, I did the planetary decision but it won't let me up grade the building. This would be related to the ZOFE tech-add-on mods.

Does not let me build 'Superior Construct' buildings in ZOFE, not sure what to do
