New England Townhouses set 3

Please leave a vote or comment if you download this asset! These are a set of low res townhouses. There's 4 variations. They are all between level 3 and 4 low residential.

About the model
This is a set 4 more new variations, with a more angular roof. These don't conform to the grid. You will need Move It! to place them wall2wall. The reason for this is that 8m was either to small and 16m either to big. Just didn't look right. So I decided to make these more true to live scale. They are all colormapped. If you want more colors or some more variations I´d suggest to use TPB color changer mod. Definately some interesting results! There's not many props to go with these. You can either use them as wall2wall or as lower density, but you will need to prop the lot yourself.

About the model

These models have between 1420 and 1995 tris and a 1536x512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.These models have a custom LoD, which is between 80-140 tris with a 256x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map. These all share texturemaps if you use the loadingscreenmod and only one of the texturemapsets will be loaded. They will also share maps with set 4.

RICO
If you want these buildings added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
