What is a Blue Star?
Blue Stars are star systems where you can send 1 Battle Ship at a time to.
The objective of the Blue Star, is to be the player with the last ship alive. You will encounter Cerebus Ships, and you will have to make your way towards the Star itself, as the Blue Wall is constantly shrinking; (It's basically Battle Royale) You will have to fight Cerebus and Other player ships, until your ship is the Last one alive.
Modules
Some modules I would tell you to use are;
1: Battery Level 4+
2: Omega Shield
3: Passive Shield Level 2+
4: Sanctuary
5: Salvage
6: EMP
That is:
Weapons: 1
Shields: 1 or 2 (Depends on which you choose)
Support: 3
If you can only carry 2 Support Modules, use:
1: EMP
2: Sanctuary

Galaksi, you loose any credits you make and then some replacing and refitting that battleship you lost, at least at my level.

As someone who is over a few BLS seasons I thought I'd give my imput. Ditch sanctuary. You're missing out lots of credits, and you can afford 10 losses for every win, you'll still make a profit. After a daily win it makes sense to run with sanctuary as you can't get more cerdits. As for modules: laser is actually a very good way to scare competitors away especially those who rock timewarp. Alpha rocket is another module you might consider, if you have it leveled decently. Teleport and timewarp are also useful, as well as remote repair and destiny. I wouldn't really experiment with any other modules, they're just not very good. (Maybe bond if you're very high level, but then why'd you needa BLS guide?)
Oh, and obviously EMP is a must have on every level.

It really depends on the player level and what the Blue Star matches are. At the higher levels more module choices are there and it offers more flexiblity. For a lv5 battleship my personal favorite build is Battery, Omega shield, EMP, Destiny, Remote Repair and Teleport. I see Rockets used to good effect and Time warp is also a popular mod because you can get a second shield in for the end of the match. It also becomes a game of cat and mouse. You can end up playing both roles during the match because its really about taking as little damage as possible till the very end.

Nice build, good strategy. Still there is more alternative ways to win out there.
One I have mastered - start the WS with blast shield level 5+. It gives shield only for DoA, but on middle levels for 40-50K of hp. That means you can hide between cerberus ships which fire deadly rockets - still no one likes staying in these zones for a long time, because the rockets are deadly as hell
