Requires Stellaris v2.2.7

Changes in 2.3 that affect AlphaMod are extensive. There is no ETA for 2.3. I need a bigger boat (a bunch of features need overhauling again).


  • New ascension perks, techs and more slots.

  • New resources.

  • New edicts, to benefit from Wealth and other resources.
  • New buildings, including some for exploiting the new resources and improving trade. Many are unique to particular ethics.

  • New districts, many unique to particular ehtics or planet-types.

  • New decisions, including customising districts, swapping to specialised districts and boosting job vacancies.
  • New jobs, many particular to specific ethics.

  • New policies, for customising your empire the way you want it.

  • New faction issues, raised by your policy choices.
  • New terraforming options and methods for inhabiting normally hostile worlds, uninhabitable moons of overcrowded planets...

  • ...and even the clouds of gas giants.

  • A megastructure for exploiting normally uninhabitable hostile planetoids, an orbital habitat ring for increasing districts and housing and a specialised habitat for mining.

  • New starbase specialisations and buildings.
  • New and slightly improved behaviour from the AI.
  • New leader traits.

  • Some other stuff that's new.
  • A bunch of changes to things that obviously aren't new.
  • I like the word new. And bulleted lists.

Requires Stellaris v2.2.7.
Will not work with 2.3.
Not ironpants/cheev compatible.
Will likely break a current save-game. Start a new one.
Modifies several dozen vanilla files so won't be compatible with much of anything without a patch. However, I've got a collection of compatible mods for it here: https://sp.zhabite.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1648820906

Don't use: State of Lies; Hands of State; Banned!; Stay Down Pit. They're included.

AlphaMod is NOT compatible with Planetary Diversity. Nor will I be making it compatible.
