OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
I think that you should either move Bombsite b back, to the open area, where Ts would enter the current B site. OR you could extend b site to the balcony. Because right now, B has no cover. No safe plants for terrorists. Also clip your map a bit better. Overall its going in a good direction

There are some details that I usually dislike in most maps, such as transparent obstacles. I like a more creative approach to limit players to the game area, instead of just bumping into an invisible obstacle. The water approach you used to avoid people getting away is cool, but I would put that damage further away from the island, in case somebody want to leave the area.
I understand that this is a work in progress, so for now I give it a 7/10 but I'm confident that the final version can make a solid 10!
