Mind Snares: Alice's Journey has a total of 17 Steam achievements, 9 of which are story related being earned as part of your natural progression, the remaining 8 are missable. All achievements can be earned with a single playthrough of the main game (there is no bonus chapter) taking around 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

A quick primer, before you get started...
1. There are no achievements relating to difficulty, select whichever you are comfortable with.
2. There are no achievements earned for watching any of the cut scenes, achievement hunters feel free to skip them if you wish, although beware that some are not skippable.
3. Do not skip any of the mini-game puzzles.
4. Do not use the hint button during any of the hidden object games.
5. Be aware that some (but not all) mini-game puzzles have random solutions, I have not checked / confirmed all of them, but the very first puzzle in the game most definitely has a random solution.
Achievement Guide.
The achievements listed below are in order of which I earned them during my playthrough.

INDOMITABLE.
Complete 3 mini-games in a row without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement will pop after completing your third mini-game puzzle. There are a total of 22 mini-game puzzles in Mind Snares: Alice's Journey, if you are trying to 100% the game, you should not skip any of them.
FISHERMAN.
Demonstrate your fishing skills.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement is awarded for removing the fish from the tank using the fishing rod, in the Office.
BEAUTIFUL MIND.
Find 3 objects in a hidden object scene in under 3 seconds.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement, during one of the hidden object scenes, pause for a moment and search out 3 of the items on the list then and click on them all in quick succession. Best done early to get it out the way.
EAGLE EYE.
Complete 3 hidden object scenes in a row without hints.
***MISSABLE***
There are 19 hidden object scenes in Mind Snares: Alice's Journey and if you are trying to get 100% achievements you should not use hints in any of the scenes.
FLASH OF INSIGHT.
Finish 3 mini-games in less than one minute.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement you must complete 3 of the 22 mini-game puzzles in Mind Snares: Alice's Journey, in less than 60 seconds. While technically missable, it would be hard to do so as most are quick and easy, I earned this after completing the 7th mini-game puzzle.
AWARD: BALANCE.
Complete Chapter 1: Initiation.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when completing Chapter 1.
BULLSEYE.
Assemble the crossbow and use it for a good purpose.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when you fire the crossbow at the ledge on the opposite side of the river creating a rope bridge for the squirrel.
AWARD: WHOLENESS.
Complete Chapter 2: To Fill a Void.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when completing Chapter 2.
BIG-HEARTED.
Help the Pumpkin get its babies back.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement is awarded when you return the two child pumpkins to the large pumpkin (their father) in the kitchen.
FOCUS!.
Complete a hidden object scene in less than a minute.
To earn this achievement, during one of the 19 hidden object scenes found Mind Snares: Alice's Journey, locate all of the items listed at the bottom of the scene within 60 seconds. If you want to get this achievement out of the way early or are worried about missing it, I have added time markers in my video walkthrough for all the scenes if you want to prep yourself in advance.
AWARD: INTUITION.
Complete Chapter 3: On Intuition.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when completing Chapter 3.
EXPLORER.
Go through four portals.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when starting Chapter 4.
MAW OF MADNESS.
Complete all hidden object scenes without hints.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement you must complete all 19 hidden object scenes in Mind Snares: Alice's Journey without using a hint during any of them. After completing the 19th, assuming you did not use any hints, this achievement will pop.
MASTERMIND.
Complete all mini-games without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement you must complete all 22 mini-game puzzles in Mind Snares: Alice's Journey without skipping any of them. After completing the 22nd, assuming you did not skip any, this achievement will pop.
AWARD: STRENGTH.
Complete Chapter 4: In the Shadow Land.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. This achievement pops when completing Chapter 4.
BUILDER.
Rebuild the entire bridge.
This achievement is story related and is earned as part of your natural progression. During each chapter you collect a totem which you install in the stones by the tree, each totem installed repairs part of the bridge, installing the fourth totem completes the bridge and earns you this achievement.
COLLECTOR.
Earn all achievements.
***MISSABLE***
This achievement will pop at the same time as you earn your 16th achievement, whatever it may be, earning you 100%.
