Its EXTREMELY worth it to add teleportation circles in every village / town / city for travelling ( and in preparation for main quest situations). Personally I use a mage tower in the capital when it upgrades to a town ( specifically at the 2 boxes that unlock slightly north of the pier) and teleporation circles on everywhere else ( might be worth to build mage towers on your future towns as well, I think Magic academies give arcane points per mage tower in your kingdom)
Thank you all for the support and comments - I won't continue the guide anymore. The main purpose of it has been accomplished: to show possible ways of planning the villages/cities layouts and explain how it works in general.
The rest of undiscovered features of the game I leave to You - be a curious player and always try to find another path, different aproach and have some fun doing it !
