How to make Equilinox run off of your GPU on a laptop!
By Peanutbutter
Notice your game isn't running as it should on an Nvidia-Equipped Laptop? That's becuase it's running off your laptop's intergrated graphics instead of your dedicated Nvidia GPU. It does this by defualt, although read this guide to make it run off of your GPU and get those FPS up!!

Step 1: Opening your Nvidia configuration menu.
You want to start from your desktop. In the top right corner (traditionally bottom right although I have my taskbar at the top) you have your icons.

Now, click on the arrow to expand your icons. Click on the circled icon.

Great! We can now move on to the next step.
Step 2: Adding Equilinox into Nvidia's program settings.
After following the previous step, your screen should now look like this:
Click on "Program Settings"

Now click on "Add"

Now find and click on "Zulu Platform x32 Architecture" and click "Add selected program" at the bottom of the window.

Now we may move onto the third and final step.
Step 3: Making the Equilinox launch with the GPU!
Click on "Use global setting (Auto Select:Intergrated)"

Now click on "High Peformance Nvidia Processor"
Now click on "Apply" and close the window then luanch Equilinox now with your dedicated GPU!!

Is there any other benefit to doing this other than getting frame rate up?:dwarfking:

Just make sure to never buy any laptop with an integrated GPU, one gpu, one cpu, add another gpu LATER.

@Thats the plan. On a laptop in the upper right, click expand icons (or the arrow) and as you can see in the picture provided (second one), the icon in the top row all the way to the right kinda has colors in it. Do this with your game running and if it has colors it's running off your GPU if it doesn't, it's running off your EGPU (slower peformance). Another way to tell is when the game is running right click on the task bar then c,ick on task manager. From there click on peformance, then scroll down to GPU 1 and if you can see it's being used than Equilinox is running off your dedicated GPU. (Soory for the late response)

Did you learn this from BeamNG? I know I did and it is visable on you desktop.
Furthermore handy guide, goes decently in depth on how navigate the Nvidia programs.
