Patch for my !Lots of Traditions mod that allows it to work with Expanded Tradition Choice.

DOES NOT WORK WITH CULTURAL OVERHAUL PATCH

Known Issues
ETC and Additonal Traditions both have an Exploration tradition tree, I chose to keep Additional Traditions as I like it more.

out of curiosity is it supposed to say ERROR where the traditions are supposed to be? lol I am using version 2.1 so I thought I would ask to verify if this is the case.

@LordXenophon you might be better off leaving that comment on another mods page as I have no intention of creating new tradition trees in any of my mods, just merging existing mods

I want to try an empire that relies almost exclusively on starbases for defense. This would be easier, if there were another tradition tree that focused specifically on raising the starbase limit and related limits and bonuses.

@xnadu27 Yeah I know, but i left it in this because it makes up nearly half of what ETC adds and i figured that was most of what the person in the other thread requested me to integrate this for.
