Swoosh Sprite Overhauls

This mod as it says, overhauls the swoosh sprites, now i felt that they were pretty boring as they're literally identical swooshes. So i fixed it, i grabbed the lightning from my upcoming mod called project retribution, and added it to electric and it feels AMAZING, poisons similar to water swoosh cus it fits it and ice and fire are WIP atm, now all the swoosh 1, 2 and 3 elemental swooshes are reworked atm, and they have a flatter bottom so they don't overlap the sword too much.

This is a WIP and is compatible with pretty much anything as it is just a sprite remake, meaning it wont affect anything.

Electric has a custom frames file for swoosh 3 and thats all that may be an issue.

FaQ:
- is it client side
Since it only changes sprites obviously it is... the only possible issue would be swoosh 3 on electric as it has new frames file however it would only make it invisible to other at most
