Hey guys have you ever wanted to have an empire which relies a lot on Starbase like the marauders ? Well then I guarantie you that you have come to the right place.




Here the goal is to make the Starbase as much important as a Colony. With some editing on the starbase_view.gui I have managed to increase the maximum slots amount of modules and buildings up to 24, almost as big as a 25 tiles Colony. Each level will have an increased amout of module/building slots.

- Starport : 6 Modules / 4 Buildings
- Starhold : 12 Modules / 9 Buildings
- Fortress : 16 Modules / 14 Buildings
- Citadel : 21 Modules / 21 Buildings
- Stronghold : 28 Modules / 28 Buildings
- Headquarters: 35 Modules / 35 Buildings

Some people might be wondering why having such an amount of free slots, well that is to experience the high amount of new Starbase modules and buildings coming with that mod allowing you to endlessly customize it.

The AI will use the mod properly.

With that mod players will be able to rely on their Starbase to build a strong economy or even hold against the strong fleets of the endgame.




Many files dealing with the starbase have been overwriten, however I decided to follow the way how NCS worked so people using that mod will still be able to have a nice compability. Here is a list of the overwritten files:

• Stellaris\common\ship_sizes\00_starbases.txt
  
• Stellaris\common\starbase_levels\00_starbase_levels.txt
  
• Stellaris\common\starbase_modules\00_starbase_modules.txt

- That mod should be compatible with multiplayer.
- That mod should be compatible with old saves but I advice not doing that.
- Some files about starbase were replaced so be careful with any other mod doing the same thing.
