General Strategy
So what you're gonna want to do is pretend to play a balanced game that isn't one sided. Expand to at least 4 refineries as soon as you can, and start making simple units. Maybe make some ground units and put em in some buildings, maybe suicide a couple tanks early to make your opponent feel good about themself. But as this is going on, have a minimum of 2 air fields aaaall the way in the back of your base, or even hidden somewhere else, that are mass producing Kirovs. Just set it to where both air fields will make 20 and that should do it. This is gonna take a lot of money so I recommend trying for a 5th or even 6th refinery, but it depends entirely on how aggressive your opponent is. After you've made your 30-50 Kirovs, hold right-click and left-click down at the same time at the end of your opponents base, then move your mouse to rearrange the Kirovs where it looks like they're in a green line. After that be sure to set your Kirovs to "Aggressive Stance" causing them to automatically drop bombs on anything that they pass.

More Advanced Strategy
When you've gotten really good at the general strategy, I like to start the game by saying "I'm going to kill you with like 40 Kirovs" when I first load in. If you can say this and still go through with the strategy successfully, you'll feel really good about yourself.

Side Note
This strategy probably will not work on people who know how to play the game

These strats remind me of playing iraq in ra2, training demotrucks and putting them on hold just before they spawn, rush an unsuspecting flak track with an engie in the enemy base and cap a war factory, and then I spawn my demo truck in the said factory to blow up the enemy base. I always do this on LAN back in the days.

I actually did this in RA2 YR, and I intentionally built a war factory near the enemy base just to summon one Kirov to attack his base. Without him knowing, 45+ kirovs is already heading towards his base. (I won)

i take my time to support my kirov's with bullfrog transports, allowing them to shred apollos & other aircraft. this somewhat mitigates the enemies air superiority.

Remember to note the details. 40 Kirovs is important. I sent 39 once, but I lost. Next time I decided to do better and sent 45. Again I did not succeed in destroying my enemy's base - he surrendered when I was only half way.
