Description:

Around 2007-2008, a war between the Spiggots and the "Code 99s" raged within a small part of the Milky Way Galaxy not too far from Earth.

The Spiggots were a religious faction that wanted nothing more than peace throughout the universe. Although many feared and opposed the Spiggots due to their magical powers, the Spiggots were not really a threat when it comes to the people around them. Infact those who believe in the Spiggot god believe that it's their duty to save those who are in need of help, especially the mortals that dwell within their small part of the Milky Way.

"Code 99s" are factions who have access to magical powers similar to Spiggots or much more powerful, although majority of them were peaceful. The ones that were designated as "Code 99s" were usually the ones that caused problems within the small part of the Milky Way Galaxy. These "Code 99s" are divided within two categories, one of them being the ones that fear and attack Spiggots and the other being the ones that want to cause chaos.

Eventually the Code 99s that feared the Spiggots drove the Spiggots into giving up and leaving the material world, leaving the Code 99s that wanted to cause chaos reign death upon the small part of the Milky Way Galaxy and without the Spiggots, there was no one to oppose them.

This concerned the mortals that dwelled within the Spiggot controlled systems and eventually they decided to form the ultimate joint forces of various police forces and military factions from multiple different systems. Thus forming the Galaxy Police!

During their first few years of battle, the newly formed Galaxy Police stood little to no chance against the "Code 99s". However, this changed when the Galaxy Police encountered the Seven Galaxy Alliance which was an ever expanding alliance of the Ty Empire that spanded across 7 galaxies at the time. The Galaxy Police with the combined forces of the Seven Galaxy Alliance eventually destroyed most of the "Code 99s" and just as they thought the war was over. A new war rises from within the Galaxy Police.

The Galaxy Police splits into three groups, one was ruled by a really corrupt supercomputer called "The Police Network" which was hacked by a "Code 99" during the Code 99 war. These guys have access to the weapons provided by the Seven Galaxy Alliance, but the police network wanted to heavily depend on primitive technology such as cop canisters, unprotected ships and poorly equipped Galaxy Police Officers.

Another faction would be "The Ty's Faction", which was the faction that helped motivate the Galaxy Police during their dark ages. Their motive was to do whatever they could to get access to equipment and training they can get to destroy the "Code 99s" even if they had to sacrifice their reputation (they were notorious for doing drugs so that they could get the Police Network to listen). After the fall of the "Code 99s" these guys wanted to gather all the knowlege and power of the code 99s so that they can build weapons that are capable of destroying any future "Code 99s".

The last faction would be the guys who claim that they fight for what's right. These guys want to destroy any traces of knowlege or power left by the "Code 99s" since they worked alongside with the "Good" "Code 99s" and they know that the source of power that the "Code 99s" use which is a corrupted form of Spiggot magic could corrupt an individual's mind which explains why most "Code 99s" are motivated to cause chaos.

Gerrard Rainer is a USMC General who was assigned to a top secret black project that involved helping alien species within the Milky Way Galaxy. Eventually he turned out to be one of the Generals who founded the Galaxy Police in 2008. After the fall of the "Code 99s" in 2012, Gerrard served the faction of the Galaxy Police that wanted to destroy all Code 99 knowlege and remnants.

Gerrard was eventually sent back to Earth in 2016 by the other Galaxy Police leaders within his faction so that the other Galaxy Police factions won't get him due to the fact that he played a very important role in founding the Galaxy Police.

Anyways all GPD lore aside, this character is based off a Chinese shameful mockery of a G.I. Joe that I found in my room and his outfit is based off some Stargate Atlantis guys. I remembered the original package came with his buddies Hiro Nomura and Hugo Ortiz and a LAV-300. His role in Gmod was supposed to be so that he can get rid of the Cheeze in my friend's Gmod videos.

Now you ask, what's the point of this when there is already another Gerrard Rainer addon? Well, this one is supposed to be an improved version of my previous addon. As you can see, it's got a bunch of texture improvements as well as model improvements compared to the previous one.

Hopefully there won't be any bugs, well unless you have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of addons that is and it won't load up. I can't do anything to fix that really.
