[TTT] Blue Firework

This add-on adds a new Traitor weapon that shoots players in the air and let them explode.

---------------[Good to know]---------------
You can buy the Blue Firework only one time as a Traitor and you have two shots if you miss one but if you don't miss the first shot you lose both shots so you can't kill two players.

When you are holding the Blue Firework you see a crossbow but other players see only a Deagle because it's more undercover.

When you get hit from a Blue Firework you have only 1 second to shoot the Traitor that hit you.
