For me it triggered when starting a new story and changing the name that was already filled in for me by the game.

When am I supposed to win This is MY Story... ? Because I've finished the prologue a bunch of times, having changed the protagonist's name, and I got nothing. I even won the achievement for finishing the prologue! I have no clue of how I'm supposed to trigger it.
