What to do
1. Go into big picture mode.

2, select "default controller" under templates

3. Set your in game controls, from within the game. KNOW what your buttons are assigned too.

Next go back to big picture controller config

If you're on a fight-stick find your two un-used buttons.

1. Click on them in the setup screen (mine being trigger/bumper)


2. Hit "select" or whatever is binded to select and it will take you to this screen.


3. Click "add (your button)", and repeat 3 seperate times to attacj L/M/H to your un-used button

4. Repeat on the other other un-used button

Click "save profile" and use





Note - Do not attempt to bind on an already used button like HP/HK, or it will overright moves like throw or Chun-Li's jump over kick. Map these three butoons to an UNUSED one. If you're on an eight button fight stick you will have two un-used.


You can also try use my own config if you want to try it out in "community profiles"

Olha, muito obrigado! para Jogadores de Zangief que nem eu, essa dua dica foi excelente!

Para quem está usando DUALSENSE(PlayStation 5) e estejam com dificuldades, e só ir em " ver configuração de controle " ao lado DIREITO da tela inicial do executável do jogo.

clicando lá, vão em DISPOSIÇÃO ATUAL DE BOTÕES, DISPOSIÇÃO DA COMUNIDADE, APERTE ⬜, procure por LIAM NEESON PUNCHING WOLVES e por fim APLICAR DISPOSIÇÃO.

Just by following the first steps I was able to figure out how to just load in a preset for this - now I feel like the game is not a waste...eternally grateful to all involved.

Question. Is it possible to make this only take efferct in this SF collection? I dont want my other STEAM games using these BIG PICTURE config as I would loose the buttons functionality for those other games

Even on Sega Saturn you can set 3P/3K buttons in game. Did Capcom plays this on PC by themselves?
Not every player has pro controller.

Frankly i don't get how to do it, i go to big pictures, controller settings, i see xbox one controller, preferences but that's all; the only thing i can do is to rename the controller or make it's own calibration, but i don't see where is the remapping ?

ALSO, i cannot bind anything to l3/r3, and rb is binded to training playback, so i basically only have one empty button... is there a way withing the game to clear controls?

i use a ps2 controller via a usb dongle... this does NOT seem to work for me...... any suggestions? i have to play the game (and several others that xbox360ce doesnt seem to wrk for, but turning on generic controller support in big picter mode, but the layout does not change my button funtions, nor can i make it put more than one button mapped to anything.....
