AotR is a complete overhaul mod for Forces of Corruption. Inspired by the old RTS, Star Wars: Rebellion, AotR adds many features from this game and other titles, including a more in-depth mission system, tech system, and many new units! We are proud to present improved tactical combat in space, ground and galactic combat, and have also substantially improved upon the graphics of the base game. Immerse yourself in the Galactic Civil War era as the fledgling Rebellion, the oppressive Empire, or the opportunistic Black Sun pirates. This mod is not for the faint of heart and will test your RTS skills with a completely overhauled AI and set of difficulty levels.

Come on, I VOICED the Quasar, I think it's only fair for them to be accessible to both Rebel & Imperial factions. Just have them locked behind a tech upgrade or something, as long they can serve BOTH factions (excluding Black Sun).

I've been wondering that myself. It IS built for the Galactic Empire to provide fighter support & transport bombers to bombard civilian dwellings who could hide rebels.

Jesus im getting owned my the rebellion as empire. Theres no way to defend a planert with the basic units. AI is just way too smart. And I always have to deal with at least 5 or 6 infantry platoons that just dont show up on the invasion force. Can it be that infantry unity dont show up? Ive never saw them when i got attacked. And somehow the AI always has them in the ground and they even show at the results in the end

For the Black sun I suggest using gunships and point defense ships with healing ships and a lot of interceptors and bombers. Since most of there ships can penetrate shields its probably not wise to use mon calamari capital ships against them but maybe ships from sullust like the dauntless. Dont forget to read the descriptions on ships for example ion boats do a lot of damage to shields but not that much to overall hull meaning it takes longer for it to take out a target completely. I hope this helps.

Another early game strategy for the rebellion is connecting all your main units if you take sullust early and move towards shack and Kota you have easy access to get to your forces near Kashyyyk which then opens up a way for you to build your fleet up even more so that you can do the mon calamari bufferzone mission. I also suggest moving Mon mothma during this so that you dont have to wait for her to come all the way across the galaxy. I always go with with fighter tech first but tbh you can tech up with whatever you want first. Sometimes I even feel like the rebellion needs to be nerfed because of how well equipped they are in space and on the ground which is why im excited for the new update.

@Cynnix1 I have played as the rebellion in 4 different campaigns all on expert and never had a problem. The rebellion's fighters are the best at taking out early imperial ships especially capital ships if they lack the fighter compliment. I suggest using a lot of xwings and ywings to disable and take out enemy ships while focusing on elite soldiers that can hold planets. The empire sent a super big fleet against mine with a bellator multiple ISD 1 and victories along with carracks and ton falk carriers but If you have enough fighters the rebellion always wins.

@Hardrada, sounds like you're not Empireing right. Autoresolve is broken, don't use it.
@Cynnix1, you'll get better if you stick at it and adjust your tactics, or you can always just play on normal if hard is too, well hard.
