These files are for MANUAL installation. For those not familiar with the procedure:

After local mod folder is created, unzip archive content into it. Don't forget to include your local mod into a playset.
Also, check out "path=" line inside ".mod" file that launcher creates. Only latin symbls are allowed there, so change the line and move mod files, if nesessary;
example: "C:/Games/Stellaris_mods/Jump_Gates".
The problem was in changed game directory structure and shader definitions. I'm not experienced shader coder, so you, guys, may fix them better.
