[OBSOLETE] Raiding - Better Bombardment [2.1]

Version 2.1.* - Potentially will update this if the perk is still under-powered! Not played a raider in 2.2 yet.

In Apocalypse, Barbaric Despoilers and anyone who takes the Nihilistic Acquisition ascension perk gain access to the Raiding bombardment stance, which abducts pops from planets.

It's not very good. It takes an age, and frankly isn't worth the effort. This mod attempts to punch it up a bit by:

• Doubling the rate at which it abducts pops
  
• Grants a reward of (50/100/250/500) minerals, energy and food when a building is damaged on a planet with a (Ship shelter/Level 1/2/3 capital)

Your barbaric despoilers can live fat off the work of other, lesser empires!
