Cultural Overhaul - No Traditions 2.0.2 with Localisation Update

It began as a simple localisation update. While I appreciate the great work Petruxa has done with his Cultural Overhaul, many of the descriptions and tooltips had missing text, grammar and spelling errors, or were worded awkwardly. With this fork of his mod I am attempting to overhaul the localisation files to bring them up to Vanilla standards, helping the mod integrate more seamlessly into the base game and reducing immersion loss through spelling mistakes.

I am also not a big fan of the new Tradition trees, and noticed some demand for a fork of 2.0 Cultural Overhaul without traditions. What I attempted to do is revert the traditions back to Vanilla in as unobtrusive a manner possible. That involves:

Retaining the new factions by editing their tradition modifiers to use vanilla traditions (I did the best I could balance-wise, but let me know if you have any ideas in the comments)

Editing the new buildings and policies to have vanilla tradition requirements/no tradition requirements

Editing the new Ascension Perks to use vanilla traditions

Edit all localisation references to new traditions


Finally, I am incorporating NewAgeKid52's additional civics for Cultural Overhaul found here: http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1329351538&searchtext=

This mod restores many vanilla civics such as Corporate Dominion, as well as some civics from older builds of Cultural Overhaul. It also features multiple balance updates to civics, as well as balancing for hive minds and machine empires to account for the new civics and ethic bonuses normal empires get. The added civics and balance updates greatly enhance replayablitiy, make ai empires more interesting and are excellent for roleplaying.

-New Factions are using vanilla traditions
-New Civics are implemented with descriptions
-Numerous localisation updates
-Remove new tradition requirements from Policies and Buildings
-Fix Totalitarian Utopia
-Update Ascension Perk tradition requirements

Needs Work:
-Continued Localisation updates
-See if Terraforming Mastery ascension perk can be restored
-Balancing and bug-fixing


Compatibility:

This mod should be compatible with everything Cultural Overhaul is compatible with. Since traditions are no longer edited it should also be compatible with tradition adding mods, however make sure they do not alter other files that Cultural Overhaul edits, as it overwrites quite a bit.

This isn't a patch and needs to be installed independently of any other versions of Cultural Overhaul. If you have another version installed you'll likely still get new traditions as well as other issues.
