You find it in the tool section. You set the values and shoot an item. That item is now explosive.

hello! found a bug (?) after apply on entity and dupe - effect dissapear. bs that works great (BUT i reaaly want it to work after advdupe2 dupe/paste. any suggestions?:csgogun:)
