What I know and what I don't
As some of the achievements in Caves of Qud are not very obvious, and some are in late-game (which is also not that easy to reach alive) I've unlocked only some of them. If you know how to get an achievement that is not listed in my guide, I'll be glad to know about it myself. The whole purpose of this guide is to make the process of getting achievements easier for everyone, including me.

Die for the first time
Jawsnapper
Kill 100 snapjaws
Eat an Entire Bear
What it says on the tin. There are 2 ways to do this - become famished by not eating for some time, or get the "Carnivorous" physical mutation
Litteratus
Read 10 books. Pretty self-explanatory
A Bond Knit with Trust
Become loved by a faction. To do it, perform water rituals with legendary people from the faction you want to befriend, and kill the legendaries that are disliked or hated by this faction
You Are Becoming
Install a cybernetic implant at a becoming nook. 'Nuff said
Proteus
Have 10 mutations. Possible to get at chararcter creation by taking the cheapest ones from the physical and mental, or during the game.
Love Thyself
Fall in love with yourself. To do this, use love tonic on yourself and [l]ook at your character.
Love at First Sign
Fall in love with a sign. The method is the same, but you should [l]ook at a sign, for example the one at Argyve's workshop
The Laws of Physics Are Mere Suggestions, Vol. 1
Get out of the phased state in a wall. Possible to do with a tonic or a mutation. Also, be sure to get stuck in a thick wall, so the safety measure doesn't save you. THIS WILL KILL YOUR CHARACTER. Advised to do in precognition or on a new character
Oathbreaker
Violate the sacred covenant of the water ritual. As in, kill the person you just had a water ritual with. BE WARNED: this will make ALL factions lose respect for you, 100 points at least.
That Was Nice
Compliment Q Girl in the Grit Gate.
Go on. Do it.
Wield the amaranthine prism. It is a cursed quest item. To get the quest speak with Warden Indrix in Kyakukya. You would have to be pretty powerful, because the previous owner would not part with the prism without a fight. Also, recommended to get this achievement by using precognition

Synolymb
Regenerate a limb. A way to get this is be a plant guy, get lots of water and either(a) cut off a limb using console commands or (b) get it ripped off. If/Once you get the regeneration mutation, wait about 10 days with the water (cus ur a plant and need no food) and regen a limb. Another way is Ubernostrum Injector, though its accessibility may vary.
Goat Simulator
Project your mind into a goat's body. Use mental mutation dominate on a goat and have your mortal coil (your real body dumass) expire while dominate is active, this causes the world to become a horrible(you coulda guessed it) goat sim.
Dark Tidings
Foresee your own death. Just kill yourself with precognition active.

To Thine Own Self Be True
Wear your own severed face on your face. Pretty simple, just get the Regeneration mutation or some Ubernostrum, let some creature like a madpole or a snapjaw with a serrated weapon cut off your face, then regenerate your face back and wear your severed face on your regrown face.
On the Rocks
Drink lava. Also rather simple but be warned that you will get a Darwin Award.
Friend to Fungi
Host three different fungal infections at once. Keep in mind that "different" means "different TYPE". You can't just get three infections of glowcrust, you need, for example: glowcrust, fickle gill, and mumble mouth. Different colors of brooding puffs give different types of fungal infections.
Your Better Half
Get killed by your evil twin. Just take the "Evil Twin" defect and let your evil twin kill you.
Knight Conical
Recover Stopsvalinn. This one is really dependent on RNG and you can usually find the shield on some random snapjaw hero.
You Became
Have a cybernetic implant installed on every implantable body part. Just survive for a while as a True Kin or you can turn off permadeath/wish for "cyber".
Pyramid Scheme
Kill a chrome pyramid. This requires you to get a high-level character and venture into the Deathlands. When I got this achievement, I found that EMP grenades were my friend.
Say No More
Contract glotrot. Just spend way too much time in Golgotha, bonus points if you kill Slog, and wait. You'll get this achievement when your tongue starts bleeding.
You Are What You Eat
Eat one of your own limbs. The "Carnivorous" mutation is preferable here as well as "Regeneration" or some Ubernostrum. Simply take advantage of a madpole biting your hand off or something.
Shoot.
Get killed by a chute crab. Chute crabs are usually seen in one of the entrance tunnels to Golgotha so just let one of those things kill you.
The Woe of Joppa
Become hated by the villagers of Joppa. Get a high-level character and then just go on a killing spree in Joppa.
Starry Demise
Be crushed under the weight of a thousand suns. Just get a vial of neutron flux and throw it at something. Be warned: you will die.
Quiet This Metal
Speak to the alchemist. You'll find him in Bethesda Susa
So Powerful is the Charm of Words
Read 100 books. Pretty self-explanatory.
Mutagenic Mastery
Advance a mutation to level 15. Get an Ego bonus of 14 and a mental mutation.

WHAT'S WITH THE DISMEMBERMENT AND ALL?(i think this is right). wonder around pretty much aimlessly on the left hand side of the map to find some 'flattened remains' these are probably a quest item; anyway those are what's his face's assistant's dead body

Hey, Eboreg, thanks for tuning in. I've included most of your contribution, except for Metal Pedal and The Spirit of Vengeance as you have not included a way to get these without cheats. If it's really important to you, I could get them into guide but I'd prefer not to have those that are exlusively cheaty.

Just play the game for a while and you'll get this achievement eventually.
