Conversion of my CitiesXL model now enhanced and adapted for Cities Skylines. Originally a 5 x 5 model, I reduced the rear garden length by 10m to make it more compatable with growable 4x4 assets but has to be a RICO only model to preserve the correct scale. A common sight in the UK in older neighbourhoods where the front gardens are paved over for parking. 2 functional parking spaces in front of each house. A couple of props were used for the back gardens and garden furniture. See list to the right. The asset will load without these. These are mainly the same assets used in MacWelshmans popular UK housing packs, so if you have these then you will already have the required props.

If RICO is not enabled , this asset will load as a L2 monument without any functionality
