!!ExOverhaul: Low Resolution Ship Designer Fix

Mods often add slots to the Ship Designer. While this is rarely a problem for people playing on high resolutions and using for example the 1080p Mod, on lower resolution one will either have overlay of different components, or the ship designer window will become larger than the screen, making it unusable.

This mod allows a massive amount of "required components" (8-9) and up to 24 weapons per section on resolution that are greater or equal than 1280 x 720.

For even lower resolutions, you will have to use the Stellaris UI-Scaling feature (Settings -> Graphics).

This mod is required to play !ExOverhaul: Combat on low resolution without UI-Scaling.

It should work with any mod (only ever overwriting the ship designer GUI) and should be useful on low resolution with any mod that adds weapon or component slots to design-able ships.

Does not change checksum. Thus can be used in MP without everybody having to use it and could in theory be used for achievements (though probably no reason to use it with Vanilla ships).
