@snaptwice Because some people does not have a PC to support ultra graphics, and also this is a competitive game so lower graphics will give you the visual edge.

Like... the fact that I even have to explain this to you is pure insanity.

even if it worked, what's the point of playng hunt on ultra low settings?!?! ultra graphics are simple the cherry o top of this game.... not negociable

@woo0oowTV check your VSync setting. If it is set to 2 frames then that can 30fps cap whereas VSync setting to 1 frame can mean 60fps cap. This is how some games do it, I assume that could be what you are experiencing?
