Corners that are not 90 degrees will not grow... well they will grow, but they dont adjust to the vanilla grid, so they need to be made as RICO assets so that you can manually place them and then adjust the streets and everything else.

First of all, thanks for the superb assets you continue to upload. A Question though, why are a few assets including this one defined as parks as opposed to Residential? Having them as parks or even UBs limits their functionality.
