about LOUD, i have not heard about it.
Before i play FAF, i had the exact same opinion, i am the type of guy who likes games vanilla no mods, but i tried FAF cause Co-op survival gamemode sounds fun and most SCFA youtuber plays on FAF.
Here are the things i learned:
FAF are not always about mods, it basically acts like a community continuation of the original game, updating it, and giving more Quality of life and balance improvements. Also you can play coop campaign with varying difficulty level.
But take my opinions with a grain of salt, since it has been 2-3 years since i last active in the FAF community, and thus i don't grasp the current situation about FAF.
Installing mods changes the fundamental balance of the game and thus its never going to be Forged Alliance. Instead they will always be some chopped up version which plays nothing like the original.
The amount of engineers you assign to a factory influences the production speed. more = faster.
but becareful, the more engineer you assign to a factory, the faster your resources depletes.
Make sure your resources don't go negative, because it will severely reduce production speed.
Thanks for asking, i hope you can enjoy SCFA with this info.
