-To enter the code aim : Center-Left, Bottom left, Top right.

-Added Echo 199 to Contributors/Workshop Admin

=====Texture Issues?=====
1) Open your game's library.
2) Right-click HL2:EP1
3) Click on the UPDATES tab (To the right of the GENERAL tab)
4) Click where it says "Do not automatically update this game" and change it to:
"Always keep this game up-to-date."
5) Close the Window
6) Run HL2:EP1 [conversion to SteamPipe should occur]

Still having texture issues? Check if your HL2:EP1 is also set to not update!

The code to the jail is not 199, it is 419. Thanks Echo 199!

Instead of parachute addon I used a cod warzone addon giving me the ability to skydive and parachute

as seen above, the keypad must be used and the code is 419.
you will find the keypad behind the counter if I remember correctly.
