[MT Handcrafting+] Force Frackin tab

This mod forces my other mod to add FU's tab regardless of what the internal test says, useful incase if another UI mod removes the tab before my mod gets the chance to detect it.

[Many Tabs] Handcrafting+ has built-in support for FU, you don't need this unless if it starts having a hard time detecting FU.
