Drayx race FR Patch

Description
This is a patch that gives the drayx extra damage when using whips and broadswords and some stats. A big thanks to Omeruin and Malthinae for helping me with this.

1.1: fixed crashing issue.

1.2 update: reduced cold resist to 45%, increased rad resist to -60%, reduced damage with whips from x2 to x1.5.

i haven't tested all of them yet, (I have over 120 races installed, lol) but one's i've found the issue on so far include Vampire Race (WIP) by swarmdruid
Crylan (The Crylik Race [BETA]) by Crescent
Saurian Race by NerdCuddles and 0x00FF00lolwut
Toon Race Mod, Technitoon Race Addon by Talkinghornetsnest
EP Shadow Race

confirmed, both vanilla and now BYOS! nice work! now if i can just get the dozen other races affected by this issue fixed :D
also, I recommend updating the mod description to let people know they can use FU BYOS now ^_^

I've been using the vanilla drayx ship with the stats in a server so there might be a fix in the mod pack we use

this only affects vanilla mode tho, if a ship has fu byos support, it seems to bypass the issue unless you manually choose vanilla mode.

i brought it up on the discord as it was affecting other races as well, Sayter said that if it isn't on the patch's supported race list then it won't work.even when running the ship in Vanilla mode due to the changes they make to SAIL
