Most levels are easy/medium. Some (especially these with transforming spikes) suck. And how easy Satan is depends on your luck.

Worth it.
If you haven't bought Intravenous 1, just buy 2 and this DLC.

This game is far from finished. Frequently get jumped by different bugs.
Arts are pretty great.

I expected this game to be much longer when I saw the trailer, but I guess you cannot have it all.
Art style is great, as for the story, well, it feels like a prequel to me. I really hope part 2 will be much longer.
Game has multiple endings, but there are only minor differences in detail. The overall directions are the same.
