Sorry you are having issues launching the game. The most likely issue is related to the XNA Runtime, which you can download here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20914 - please run the installer and then reboot your computer.

If you have time, it would be helpful if you could post which anti-virus software you are using. Please try disabling it before running the game. I haven't received any reports of false positives before, so I am curious as to which you are using. If for some reason you still cannot get the game to launch, please make a post in the games discussion forum, or add me personally on Steam and I am sure I can solve the issue.
