after 4 different run of the game i have muster up courage to beat the game
my reynauld and dismas left vs the heart of darkness both were at death door and blighted/bleed
dismas became paranoid but reynauld became stalward then slay the heart

TL:DR
Bro-mance over the unknowning cruelty of darkness entity beyond our comprehendsion
10/10 best game ever
