To all gamers out there
amd radeon hd 7870 @2gb of vram
8gb of ram 1600
msi 970a g46 motherboard
amd fx 6300 @ 3.5 ghz
600 watt psu
Stutters and doesnt look smooth on the medium settings. Crashes on the benchmark mode. Still looks terrible on high settings and stutters. I really love the game but it just wont play well. And when I say it isnt smooth I mean the graphics are worse than the console. Fix your game Rockstar or Steam. Dont buy it. I wasted $30 on this and I made the $30 on selling guns from cases. All that hard work goes to nothing.

My specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 @ 3.30 GHz(Quad core).
8.00 GB Ram DDR 3.
64Bit OS Windows 7.
1080p Monitor.
Nvida GT630 geforce with 2Gb.

With this i get about 30-25 fps in medium settings and 1080p, playble but not the best fps around.

The thing about this game is its not an amazing port to pc so there is going to be frame drops, also they wont fix it becuase of GTA V.

That amd cpu might be a problem but yeah, it runs like crap on 4770K too compared to when the game was released and how it looks, a cheap console port.
